Nothing makes us happier than knowing you have heard of Planzy Planner and tried it out. We value our customers so much and their satisfaction is our utmost priority. That being said, here are some things you need to know:
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shippment
- We are so in love with Planzy Planner that we would like to encourage you to try it out. However, if you for some reason do not like Planzy Planner and/or it is not for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. However, the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
- When returning an item, please pack it in a bubble pad envelope and include the order slip (the e-mail you got with the processed order).
- Unfortunately, the shipping costs of the returned planner is to be paid by the customer (in this case, you). The shipping address is: Katerina Fotova Čiković, Trg Zlate Bartl 11a, 48000 Koprivnica, Republic of Croatia (European Union).
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please keep that in mind.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
